How is everyone monitoring downtime for your applications? Are customers sometimes the first people to report problems?

Hey everyone! I'm wondering how many people here worry about monitoring their apps for downtime/critical bugs, and for those that do, what tools you're using to make sure your app isn't broken in production.

I've been chatting to some Indiehackers - definitely a few people who think about it but haven't gone down that journey of thinking about reliability yet.

I've personally been building a project called DeploySentinel scratching this itch on monitoring end to end workflows (not only checking if your site is loading, but can users click to checkout, search, sign up, etc.) and would love to know if the Indiehacker community would find it interesting/willing to beta test (free of charge of course!).
