How is Twitter useful for startups / Indie hackers?

I'm wondering how and if Twitter has been useful for your startup or indie hacking journey?

The thing I enjoy about it is having real time curated information , especially with things changing much faster than ever before.

It has helped my mental health. Seeing others building their startup gives me strength (my friends don't understand what a startup is hahah)

It has been really useful to me, when I got started, I was having like no more than 50 followers on Twitter, and I managed to gain 1800 followers in the last 6 months (not a huge number, but significant for me).

Along the way, I've made many new friends and learned valuable insights from some amazing individuals. If you're also looking to grow your following and connect with like-minded people, follow me and join forces!

I've opened a bunch of Twitter accounts and never saw the value in them, I've always been more of a "LinkedIn guy" (I have almost 15k followers on there).

But I always see posts/comments about the power of Twitter, and networking as well.

I think I'm going to give it a try again and see how it goes!

Anyways, does anyone want to connect/follow on Twitter? -> @RobertGrootjen

    haha
