How it started

Hey everyone πŸ‘‹ Pardeep here β€” founder of Mind Anchor.

I built this out of pure frustration with my own productivity system β€” or the lack of one.

Every day I'd wake up knowing I had goals, but had no idea what I was actually doing to move them forward. My deadlines lived in one place, my tasks in another, my habits nowhere. I was busy but not purposeful.

The question that haunted me: "Am I actually making progress, or just going through the motions?"

I couldn't find a single tool that connected the dots β€” one that said "here's your goal, here's what you need to do today, this week, this month to get there, and here's a deadline you shouldn't miss." So I built it myself.

Mind Anchor started as a weekend project for my own sanity. It became something I use every single day. And when I realized I wasn't the only one drowning in scattered tools, I decided to ship it.

It's not trying to be everything. It's trying to be the one thing you open in the morning to know exactly where you stand β€” on your goals, your tasks, your time.

If you've ever felt productive but not progressing β€” this was built for you.

Would love your honest feedback. What features would make this a daily driver for you? πŸš€

The line that resonated with me was "busy but not purposeful."

A lot of productivity tools help people complete tasks. Far fewer help them see whether today's work is actually moving the thing they care about most. That's a more interesting problem than just organizing another to-do list.

        Happy to.

One thing I'd be curious about first though.

What changed for you that made this stop feeling like a productivity problem and start feeling like a purpose problem?

I think the answer has a much bigger implication than it first appears.

For me it was realizing that I could have a perfectly organized task list and still end the day feeling like nothing meaningful had moved forward. The issue wasn't executionβ€”it was direction. Productivity tools helped me do more, but they rarely helped me ask whether I was doing the right things in the first place. That's when I started thinking less about task management and more about helping people stay connected to what actually matters to them.

That's exactly the distinction I was curious about.

Reading your reply, I think there's one strategic business decision sitting underneath that shift which becomes much more significant over time, but I don't think I can do the reasoning behind it justice in a thread.

Happy to explain what I mean if it's useful. What's the best email to reach you on?
