Congratulations on your pre-sales.
Time to acquire the first customers greatly varies from product to product. Because we had little knowledge of marketing but better at development, our customer acquisition took months.
As we pivoted through our product development lifecycle, we understood the trends and started to acquire quicker.
But I always have a question on my mind: During the initial stages would you prefer customer acquisition through advertising over social media or through word of mouth and more organic?
