I would like to ask you, How long did it take you to land your first 10 paying clients? And how did you do it?
It took us about a day to get our first 10 paying members but we also had an existing email list of about 3,000 people. We built that list with products and giveaways in the YouTube niche so we knew the list would be interested in the product before we ever went live.

If I were you I'd look at other CRM (or non-CRM companies targeting a similar audience) and find various founder interviews to get an idea on how they got started.
