How long does it take to actually register a company in your country?
Started registering my company in Germany in early September.
Notary alone took 2–3 weeks. Then Handelsregister needed a week just to send me the invoice. Paid instantly. It’s been 2 more weeks and I’m still waiting for the entry.
German bureaucracy is slow as hell. Nothing new here.
Question: how long does it take to legally open a company where you live? Where should indie hackers move hehe
In Finland you can register your company online and pay it by credit card. It probably took a week to confirm the name of the company.
