How long does it usually take you to build a landing page for a SaaS?

Hi everyone 👋

I'm a developer currently building SaaS tools with Next.js and React.

Recently I've been experimenting with creating reusable landing page systems for startups and indie hackers. The goal is to build landing pages that are:

âš¡ Fast
🎨 Clean UI
📱 Fully responsive
🧩 Easy to customize

While working on this, I realized something interesting: building landing pages always takes longer than expected.

Sometimes it's not even the product that slows you down — it's designing and coding the landing page itself.

So I'm curious:

How long does it usually take you to build a landing page for a new SaaS project?

Do you usually:

• build it completely from scratch
• start from a template
• reuse components from previous projects

Also curious what stack you're using (Next.js, React, Webflow, etc).

Would love to hear how other indie hackers approach this 👀
