How long it takes Google to notice your website?
What are your experiences about this?
Don’t say it depends. Of course that every case is different. Say your experiences and what you did to achieve that.
Our niche is very competitive and we don’t try to “build” links (yet) as we believe in the value of our idea and the website’s content.
It seems that our perfect customer is here on Indiehakers, we also experiment on Linkedin but I hope some day Google will hit in.
Well, it depends... 😁 okay, I am joking. However, what do you mean by "notice" as this term can be understood in a few ways?
Notice in terms of Google indexing your site and if you search type on Google "site:YOURDOMAIN.com" it will show you all of your website pages. From my experience, this can take from 1-4 weeks.
If you mean once you actually ranking on keywords, then it's another discussion. "Notice" in terms of appearing on selected keywords on 5-10 pages on Google usually happens within the first month if the page is properly optimized, however, it can take up to 3-4 months.
However, these are just general guidelines, as I am assuming a lot of stuff, such as your domain is new (has not been registered before), you haven't built a single backlink and you have a fairly decent SEO optimized page and you are going for easy to medium level keywords.
Here is our experience of doing SEO for the last 30-days:
We launched Jonapr.co in October and didn't really do any SEO till last month.
Last month, we asked an agency to do the SEO. They did some on-page optimization as well as off-page. We also created list specific landing pages e.g. https://www.jonapr.co/tech-journalists
The landing pages started ranking within 2 weeks. Some have started showing up on 1st and 2nd page. And quite a few on the 4th and 5th page.
I guess we still need to do a lot of work, but its worth the efforts for the long-term.

Sounds like your question is how to perform SEO? If so that is something I'm trying to figure out myself.
My side project is exploreandobserve.com, so I was hopeful that the website would show up on the first page of google by searching 'explore and observe'. In reality, it doesn't show up on the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, etc pages. I haven't done any SEO on it myself and my magic pixy dust seems to have expired. As a counter example, my personal website which is just my name and a single splash page (i.e. no new content basically ever) showed up on the first page of google right away. I'm assuming that's because my name is a much more unique phrase than 'explore and observe'.
Anyway, not sure if that helps but hopefully provides at least a couple of data points on google-ability.
Google has already noticed you. Your website is indexed.
If you don't want to do link building and advertising on external resources, you have to do much more content marketing. Write articles every day...
You have about 30 pages online. That's way too less.
Try guest posting to get noticed and some links.
Took a few days to notice https://saaspages.xyz/ after we launched on Product Hunt.
Crawling can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Be patient and monitor progress using either the Index Status report or the URL Inspection tool.
