How many $3/hr ‘dream jobs’ before you snap?

I don’t know how many of you felt this before, but it eats you alive:
You wake up, check your laptop, and there it is — the “dream job.”
Flexible hours. Remote. “Great opportunity.”
Scroll down and… $3/hr. Or the magical word: “exposure.”
I lost too much time and money to these fake jobs and nightmare clients. Ghosters. Professional scammers. “We’ll pay when the project is done” (spoiler: they never did).
After a while, you either quit freelancing… or you build armor.
I chose the second path. I built my own BS radar.

  • A scanner that flags sketchy job ads.
  • A database where freelancers can check if a client is trouble before saying “yes.”
I didn’t build it for money at first. I built it because I was tired of being fooled.
And to my surprise, when I mentioned it in a freelancer group, 50+ people immediately asked for access.
So here I am. Sharing it with you guys. Because honestly, no freelancer deserves to be treated like trash.

If you’ve had your own “$3/hr + exposure” moments… drop them here. I’m curious (and also pissed on your behalf).
