How many hours do you spend looking at a computer screen?
I am curious to find out on average how many hours do people spend looking at a computer screen? I have clocked myself between 8-9 hours. Most of the time is spent creating things in the digital marketing space.
About 15-20 hours a day - I work two jobs online, do some freelancing, and also develop web apps for my own business. There is some downtime, but my life hasn't changed much since the quarantine. Sad, really.
I'm in the middle of a pretty aggressive grind, so been logging around ~15 hours per day.
That's not typical, and my average "work" day is between 8-12 hours (split between day job and side hustles). Also, not an every single day thing, usually log pretty heavily M-F.
