How many non-software/marketing businesses are on Indie Hackers?

I develop custom software, but I've run several physical world businesses as well. I’m presently working on diversifying away from custom software.

I'm interested in both digital and non-digital businesses, but there don't seem to be many non-digital businesses on IH. So: "Where is the IH for physical products"?

What sort of business do you have?

Running a decently successful business that revolves around manufacturing aftermarket products for really niche/high-end hobby products.

As far as growth and marketing, in niches its mostly with affinity groups. I've collected things in said niche for years so I know who's who for the most part. When we launch a new product, people want to hear about what we're doing because they're so into the space. We have a mailing list of people who have purchased physical products from us before, we do massive black friday sales and we advertise into forums where our target audience hangs out (and the forum gets a taste of the sale).

It's most definitely "harder work" on the fulfillment side, but I still get to write software as I design/manufacture/sell the entire product (and it has code on it).
