How many of you are working full time on their projects/startups?

One success I had took only 2 months to get off the ground from Idea to Launch.

$20 Coach launched in < 24 hours -- but I wouldn't say it's successful yet.

Another site took a year of hustle -- then it lasted 12 years on top of that.

I tend to get antsy when I feel early like it's going to be harder than I want. That's probably why having a team would be helpful. Definitely why having your bills covered with another job or supporter is helpful.
