How many packages are required for Micro SaaS?
Hello, I'm Uğur KILCI, I have an idea for micro saas and the number of packages confuses me. Should I broadcast with a single package or broadcast with 3 packages?
E.g
Basic 29$ ?
Or
Basic 29$
Pro $99
Ultimate $249
Which one makes sense? Why?
Depends on where you are at (personally and financially) and your product (is it validated, the competition, and costs).
My take is: start simple and eventually optimize it with from customer interviews and possibly A/B testing
When I first launched branding.gq I focused on getting revenue. It was probably the right decision back then. But for V2, I'm optimizing the value I'm delivering. So I would not mind having 99% users, as long as they are recurring and churn is low.
Only later will I focus on what premium features to offer to increase revenue.
