How many projects do you work on concurrently?
Hello Indiehackers, just curious to know how many projects you work concurrently?
In my case is 2 projects. My main job as part of a small business (tourism, destroyed by covid). And my side project, a Saas startup.
What about you?
Too many (4). But the only thing that keeps me sane, is that I have virtual assitant and all projects are in a similar niche.

Too many! In the past I've often had quite a few side projects going at once. The end result for me always seems to be that the first gets neglected while I chase after the next. Lots of ideas and not enough execution.
I've been trying hard recently to stay focussed on the one project.
So for me right now it's pretty much the same as you - my main job (as a dev) plus one side project.
There is probably an efficiency point where you are the most productive while not diluting yourself. I'm thinking anything over 4 projects is not a good idea, unless they require a limited amount of time.
