How many questions do you ask while Onboarding Users?
Wanted to know the number of questions IH asks while onboarding users. It should be enough for qualitative analysis but also should not drive away users leaving the onboarding in between. What is the ideal number?
I ask 3 total. Our community is for people who are building profitable apps for voice assistants like Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
#1 (required): What’s your background or experience with voice technology?
Why? We want to know how much they know already so we can curate the right resources.
#2 (required): Do you have a portfolio, blog, meetup group, podcast or other contribution related to voice tech? If yes, please provide a link.
Why? We want people who are already actively sharing what they know because we hope they will also be sharing their knowledge in the community.
#3 (optional): How did you hear about us?
Why? Just to help us figure out where to spend our marketing efforts.
