I got asked the question via DM by another male IHer. So I thought I'd put it out there for others to give (better) advice on.

Your company should be doing more to encourage women to apply and pay close attention to their work culture, job descriptions and so forth.
That is my humble opinion without having any knowledge of which company this is or what they have done, lol 😆
But on a serious note, there are many little things that companies can do to make it more friendly for women.
