I'm looking for someone who could connect my directory page to the real estate API to display ads.
Is it possible to display all information from ad on my website (including ad's owner contact details) without moving users to external website?

Without your stack nobody can tell you how much it costs. What language is your system wrote with? Is it a CMS if yes which one?
It's a Wordpress with real estate listing theme.
It can cost from 500-1500$ (Market prices in Europe based on an API), but it will do what you want when you want it.
If there are XML-s in the API you can just use All in one imported which is like 50$ and make it urself, but that is ONLY if they have XML and you will have a bit limited functionality.
Depending on what you will want from each of the API and how they will work syncing with each other this can be a big project.
My personal suggestion is not to give it to people like Fiver or cheap programmers because they can make more harm than a quality plugin.
