How much do you outsource even for basic things like collecting a simple email?

I have written a small article on Medium on how to get a simple Mailing List form and save the email of your user without using any external B2B product.
I think some things might be done by us just once and even if they require us a few hours they will make us more independent like some services who tend to but too many obstacles when we start to acquire more users.

A product like Basecamp doesn't focus on this and provide constant tier without requiring an upgrade if you start to grow and acquire more users or employee.
