Zero. Even for people with no illustrator/photoshop ability there are dozens of free options out there.
Even the more premium ones like Logojoy (which is great) can be used in a free capacity.
But for an MVP, it's easy enough to fire up any graphics program, pick a good font and go with that. The logo isn't going to make you or break you.
I spent $250 for our current brand. Having a brand presence is important from the start. You'll get taken more seriously.
You do not get a second chance on making a great first impression.
Can I have a look at it? I also believe that getting the first impression correct is very important for few products.

About $3-5. Purchase usage rights to svg icon on noun project, load it up in inkscape, and add some text. Takes 15 minutes. Logo is kind of a distraction from doing things that actually improve your project.

I spent about 50€ in a logo for an old project. But for my current project I use a homemade logo, and I love it!!

You'd be best picking something quick and simple that looks good from e.g. a free logo generator then improve it later if your conversions are decent. It needs to look professional to help build trust but in terms of it being unique, interesting, clever etc. it's not going to help much in my opinion. It can be a real time sink if you're looking for perfection. Aim for good enough for now.

Don't, spend more on copy and message, the tone of voice and character of your project/service. The logo is less important at this state.
