How much do you think this domain is worth?

Hey everyone,

I got an offer for an old domain I've owned for awhile, and the offer seems reasonably fair.

I'm not actively using the domain, though I have been sort of hesitant to sell domains as they are generally a good long term investment, remarkably similar to actual land. Frankly, with inflation going the way it's going, holding on to domains may even be a good idea.

Anyway, I'd love to just get some quick opinions on how much you think hyperspace.io would be worth to the right buyer.
