How much does it take to “finish” an app

I built 90% of my EPUB reader in 4 months.
First TestFlight knocked me back to 10%.
The 90/90 rule from Sean Allen is real, the last 90% of polish IS the app.

    This is before or after 'AI' . . . back in the day we used to call this the 80/20 . . . 20% effort for 80% complete . . . 80% for the final 20 . . . the more things change, the more they stay the same
