How much should I charge for ads on my website?

I received a request for putting an ad on devswag.io and wanted to know what's a good rate to charge?
Right now, I run ads by carbon. The CTR is around 1% with 2000 monthly users (it's due for a major bump next month due to hacktoberfest).
