How much should I spend on Ads for my mobile app.

Hello Indie Hackers!

Its has been a while since I been here, put this question came to my mind and I thought of no better community than this one for insight.

How much should I spend on Ads for my mobile app.

I have a mobile app in the ios app store only. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/sports-practice-plan/id1597661338 (in case your curious) that I charge a $2.49 per month subscription for.

I had users user the app first for free. That did well so I moved up to a one time price of $1.99. I had a few users buy the app at this price, and now I am trying $2.49 for a month ( I believe it is worth it).

To start to see something happen, I was planning to spend anywhere from $2-$10 per app download with Apple Search ads and Reddit.

Is that too much since I haven't verified my price at 2.49 per month?

Welcome to ALL feedback and thank you for your time.

Hi Adiontae Gerron, I hope you are doing great with Apple Search Ads.

I think our new feature can help you do better in ASA.

Our new feature can measure the effectiveness and performance of Apple Search Ads on the level of campaigns and keywords, or say the post-install performance of Apple Search Ads (from installs to subscriptions).

The new feature can be seen on our funnel analysis, where you integrate with Apple Search Ads and check out the funnel from every campaign or keywords, so you can know how many installs have turned into subscribers and which keywords is bringing the most valuable users. So you can make better budget allocations.

If you are interested, you can see how it can help improve ASA: http://bit.ly/3LlCcFd

The feature is on our free plan, you can try out without a credit card.

Thanks for reading and look forward to your positive replies.
