How my startup journey started and first failure

Hello. My name is Emil. 28 years old.

Aug 2020 I left my frontend job at @nextsale. The reason was I burned out after covid lockdown and can't write one line code.
After 3 months of resting and healing somehow, I started working again as a freelancer and started a side project with 2 ex co-workers. One of them is a product designer, another one is a backend dev.

Phase 1 - Failed & Learned

At first time the product was a design system and we design & develop some components for sale at ThemeForest. After doing some tasks I decided to make some changes and convert this idea to a marketplace for web components. A few weeks after this decision one of the co-founders(designer) left the team. He said the reason was the last changes. Understandable. I lost my focus after this and detached from other founder and stop working on the product till Jan 2021. During this time interval, I delivered some early-stage startups frontend as a freelancer and learned business, marketing, and sales in my free time.
