Totally agree that AI is taking over the physical typing of code, but that actually makes the human bottleneck worse, not better.
When your job shifts from writing syntax to managing context and steering AI agents, your brain is working harder on coordination. If your team is still drowning in Slack pings, status updates, and fragmented communication, you can't hold that deep context in your head anyway.
