How our cancel-link proxy works (and how to roll it back in one click)

We’re building an ethical cancel-intercept that shows options before final cancel.

Flow
• User clicks “Cancel” → we route to an intercept page.
• Optionally show Pause / Discount / Downgrade.
• “Continue to cancel” is always present; one click goes to the platform’s native cancel.

Rollback
• Flip one toggle and the cancel link routes straight back to the native flow.

Why this matters
• Saves voluntary churn without tricks.
• Lets founders test offers safely (A/B or time-boxed).

Questions/feedback welcome—especially on copy and edge-cases.
Want the setup sketch? Comment “flow” and we’ll share the diagram.
