Sebastian Mattsson is a 19-year-old founder from Sweden who discovered entrepreneurship early and became passionate about building on the internet. After years of experimenting with digital marketing, design, and online businesses, he entered SaaS and built his first products using AI coding tools - without being a traditional developer.
His early projects taught him a critical lesson: building a product was never the hard part. Getting people to see it was.
After struggling with distribution himself, Sebastian built the tool he wished existed—Launchli. Launchli is an AI-powered distribution engine that analyzes a product’s website, audience, and tone of voice, then generates, schedules, and distributes content while identifying people already experiencing the problem the product solves.
Before building, Sebastian spoke with dozens of founders. Nearly all shared the same pain: they didn’t know how - or didn’t have time - to market their product. Those conversations became his first users.
Launchli reached 100 users within 30 days, entirely organically, driven by consistent value-first engagement on Reddit, X, LinkedIn, and direct conversations - not ads or cold pitches.
Today, Launchli runs on a subscription model and continues to grow, powered by the same principle it was built on: great products don’t fail because of features - they fail because of distribution.

"Great products don't fail because of features - they fail because of distribution." This should be tattooed on every founder's arm.
The detail that stands out: Sebastian talked to dozens of founders BEFORE building. That's the part most skip. They assume they know the problem because they experienced it themselves. But your version of the problem isn't always the market's version.
Curious about the "identifying people already experiencing the problem" piece of Launchli. That's the hardest part of organic distribution - finding the right conversations at the right time. Most tools help you blast content; few help you find where the conversation is already happening.
Good interview format - the concrete timeline (100 users in 30 days) and specific channels (Reddit, X, LinkedIn, direct) make it actionable instead of just inspirational.
