How should I scale CoverLetterGPT, a job applications management tool?

Here are some ideas for writing a post seeking business model advice:

  • Start by briefly explaining the concept of your online business and its goals.
So I just launched https://coverlettergpt.xyz, a job applications management app that leverages OpenAI's chatGPT to create personalised coverletters based on your CV/Resumé and the job description at hand.

At the moment it's the most minimal MVP I could think of. You can simply upload the above mentioned details, and the cover letter will be created for you. It's free to use, and no sign up.

I thought this might be an effective strategy just to get the word out and see if people use it and like it all.

From here, I've already developed a personalised dashboard, so users can log in, save their jobs, generate multiple cover letters, and keep track of their application status. In the future iterations I will also include the ability to regenerate cover letters with additional settings and features (e.g. creativity, variability)

My idea is that if this works, I could charge each user a set fee based on how many jobs/cover letters they produce. I could imagine charging $10 for up to 10 jobs with up to 10 cover letters variations for each job.

So my question for you all is: do you think this is a good idea, and how much would you be willing to pay for such features? What do you think of the initial idea? What would you change?

Any tips or feedback would be highly appreciated!
Thanks!
