How simple workplace recognitions can save a company thousands of dollars

Employee churn is a common problem faced by companies of all sizes. This can happen due to multiple reasons such as the employees not feeling valued enough for the little things they do or feeling a general disconnect with their teammates. Many studies (e.g. Gallup-Workhuman Report 2024) show the benefits of having well appreciated and recognized employees.

Enter Apprecio. I am building Apprecio not be a tool where employees spend any more time than they need to. The idea is simple: you want to appreciate other coworkers for helping you out or for embodying a company value. All you do is send them an appreciation note via Slack, MS Teams, or the Apprecio Webapp and watch as your company's culture thrives. In turn, your employees are happy and you've just saved thousands of dollars and weeks of headache by retaining your best talent.
