How stupid is it to close the deal in their website live chat?

Since my company provides vetted web experts to agencies (mostly), I landed on a random agency website and started a chat from the live chat. I explained how we can help them scale their team and save a lot of money and asked if I can chat with the owner/decision-maker. The lady from the support connected me to the owner and he got very interested in our service. He said that our prices are crazy low and decided to give a try by hiring a graphic designer at $300/mo. to produce one design per day.
