How to acquire Physical mailing list?
May business partner and I have developed a platform (PWA app) to connect Consumers to Auto mechanics (https://carkarenow.app and landing page is https:.//carkarenow.com) for basic auto care services. After spending quite a lot of money on Facebook 😯, we have some mechanics onboard and now we are pushing to get consumers onboarded in the cities/zipcodes where we have auto mechanics already signed up.
We think for the next step, it will be great to use physical mailing lists in those 3-5 cities/zipcodes.
What resources have you used to acquire the mailing lists/addresses in targeted cities or zipcodes? We will eventually try email addresses also but we thought physical addresses will be good start, if we build good quality flyers/post cards and get the right message across?
Any thoughts/suggestions?
Companies like Exact Data and InfoUSA have self-serve portals for this sort of thing. You type in the city names or ZIP codes as well as the SIC or NAICS code and they give you a count, a price and a quick download.
Neither of those two (or their competitors) are perfect, but the lists are reasonably up to date and accurate.
