How to actually improve yourself each day?

A question for ya: Do you really improve yourself each day or just repeat it even without feeling that?

For me, it's been years stuck in my loop of human error & bad habit.

-> The thing is it could be a killer for your life (like productive, opportunity, etc.) and it's a butterfly effect.

Sometimes, you don't know what is wrong or what is right to decide to keep or remove it from the routine for the next day. I have tried to use a lot of self-management apps, but it seems like they don't work for me.

Then I found a way, like anything, to improve and upgrade things. You need the data. Why not humans?

So I began capturing my self-data (what I think over time based on events, todos, or anything) every day. And it's really game-changing!

Oh, and one more thing: another meaning of "self-improvement" is improving the ability to think at higher levels.

That's why it's work for me when I write all my self-data down. It gave me clarity and allowed me to make better decisions (by data), knowing exactly what the problem was and allowing me to solve it in a continuous stream of thoughts day-to-day, rather than "living in one day"!

So I'm really curious to know (do you capture self-data?). What is your way of improving yourself each day?
