How to apply 3D model of costume to a tracked pose of human body?

Hi guys, I have little knowledge about ML, but I noted that it is quite easy nowadays to make pose estimation of human body even in real time. I have some 3D models of costumes like super heroes and so on, and I want to apply it to the estimated pose in real time. Is it possible and what should I use for this task?
