How to attract clients to a freelance marketplace?

Since we launched our freelance marketplace (tasquitos.com) a few weeks ago, we have already registered more than 70 freelancers. But we also need to post projects and clients in order to succeed.

Our budget is limited, so we cannot afford Google ads or other PPC services.

I am asking for advice on how to market the website to clients who need content creation or digital marketing.

    Here's some ideas:

    1. Go onto competitor websites and look at the job posts. Contact the post creators and ask them if you can post the job on your site.
    2. Think of some stuff you need done and post it.
    3. Manually match some of the free lancers you already have. Let's say you have a lot of graphical designers looking for work. Find a bunch of restaurants with ugly logos and say "We'll make you a new logo for $100". If they agree, post the job on your website.
