How to attract new users

Hi all,

I am about to develop a social media micro-blogging platform like twitter or Insta, but I'd like to know, how do I go about getting new users from the very beginning? what strategies would you suggest to be the best way of getting my app out there? My target audio will be between 13-35. I will be very grateful if someone can help with this please.
