How to attract users to my SaaS? What am I missing?

Hi everyone,

I developed a SaaS called Reviup (https://www.reviup.com) which is a customer feedback software to collect reviews from customers through surveys, and also display the customer testimonials on the user's website or app.

I developed a landing page at https://www.reviup.com and initially, I only had paid plans (two). I created social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and a YouTube channel, did several posts on these accounts and created 2 video tutorials for the YouTube channel, but I couldn't get any sign-ups for my SaaS.

Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/reviup.official

Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/reviup.official

YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIK1l2JVyPvx4vPBnBO2ceg

I also paid for an email marketing platform subscription for a month and sent an email to over 4,000 businesses, but although some users entered my website (according to Google Analytics), I couldn't get any sign-ups.

Recently, I decided to offer a free plan and use Google Adsense as a source of revenue, where I would display ads in the back-office app (https://my.reviup.com) for the free plan only, but it seems Adsense is not suitable for SaaS websites [1] as Google didn't approve my site due to "Low value content". I am still offering a free plan since I really want sign-ups.

What am I missing? Is this a marketing issue? Or is my product not good enough not even for free?

Thanks!

    I think it might be a marketing issue. Next immediate steps can be;

    1. You should start cold emailing rather than sending marketing emails first.

    2. Be active on community forums and Twitter where people might be interested in using your tool to showcase reviews.

    3. Try to get your website content reviewed by an expert.

    4. Try to get feedback from existing customers on free plans. Accordingly, you should take decisions.
