First, pick a meetup format that fits your personality. You want a sustainable meetup that's fun and easy for you to host over time, not something that feels like a chore.

Here are four easy ways to start a sustainable meetup:

• Meet up for coffee. This is an easy, free way to do a co-working meetup.
• Get dinner. This is an intimate way to connect with other founders without having to invite lots of people.
• Get drinks at a bar. This is an easy way to bring people together without lots of planning.
• Go for a jog. If your city has a vibrant health and wellness scene, organize a group run.

Start small to begin with. Most of our biggest meetups started small by bringing together two or three people, and grew from there.
