How to bring back the speed and energy for my side hustle?

I'm working for a startup(employer) as full time employee.

I got the idea in Mid 2022. I did customer analysis, product market fit, design doc etc.

I'm planning to hire some developers.

But overall the energy and speed has gone down. How can I bring it back?

Any ideas?
