Your best bet is to recruit a technical partner. You can do that either by hiring one or convincing one to help you and share in your fortune. It's easier to hire one than it is to convince someone to help you without pay, so you should do that if you can afford to lose the money. If not, you'll have to bring enough value to the relationship to convince someone to build the product for you without making them feel like they'd be more successful on their own.
