How to build in public?

How could we build in public and find people who really needs the service to get their feedback?

    There are many ways to go about this, but the following formula has worked well for me:

    1. Define your target audience
    2. Seek out and engage with relevant communities that your target audience is a part of.
    3. Reach out to potential users directly and offer early access for feedback.
    4. Request feedback and testimonials from early users and share these insights publicly.
