How to build in public without fear of being judged?

hey everyone, so many indie hackers are here and I am so excited to see how everyone is being their authentic self.

I have been constantly trying to build in public but I am failing to do so. There are good days where I feel like sharing an update, there are boring days when there is nothing to share, there are low days when I am usually afraid of sharing in those days.

My question is how does someone build that rhythm where one can feel that we are not defined entirely by the progress we make in our product and bad days are okay too.

Would love to hear back from the community.
