How to build Product Management templates in Notion

To give you a bit of background, I've been in product for a while now, from PM to Chief Product Officer.

Most recently, I introduced Notion.so to my previous startup as a way to arrange our documents, built out quick plans, roadmaps, and do rapid iterations of our backlog.

Over the course of the last two years, I've been building up a treasure trove of templates and resources which I wanted to compile into one library which I've called: http://ProductNotion.co

This includes tons of templates covering roadmaps, OKRs, sprints, dashboards, multi-project views, timelines, meeting formats,

Product Notion was built with two key pillars:

  1. Flexibility
  2. Real use cases - No fluff.

You can use it as a way to research new ways to layout your content or to discover great ways to create really nice processes for team. It's higly flexible and adaptable to your needs, so customise it as you seen fit.

You'll love this if....

  • You spend a lot of time building templates
  • You run a product team
  • You design products
  • You launched products
  • You want to centralise your user research
  • You want to centralise your use feedback
  • You want to manage your projects
  • You want frameworks to help you prioritise
  • You want to be awesome! Wait... you already are!

Super keen to have your feedback!
