How to build this MVP - landing page with questionnaire that will show amount which is payable through Stripe (or Paypal)?

I'm looking to build MVP and I would like to do it with No-code tools if possible, so I need your advice.
MVP would be landing page with questionnaire. After users fill questionnaire it would show them amount and they should be able to pay it.
Ideally I would use Carrd as landing page. Payment can be via PayPal or Stripe. Now the question is how to create questionnaire that would show amount and then this amount to be offered to pay via Stripe.
Bubble seems like an option but looking is there any simpler.
You can use Typeform if the amount is calculated based on certain responses. If you want them to create accounts, access some gated content, or pay recurring fees — you can look into a tool like Memberstack.
Both work well with Carrd.

To bother you for a minute again. I'm checking the Typeform and it says it has option to collect payments which is good. Ideally it would be recurring payments - Memberstack would be great for that. Is it possible to somehow use Typeform for the forms (and yes amount would be calculated based on the responses) and then Memberstack for account and recurring payments of calculated amount. Does it make sense?
How many permutations of calculations will you have? You would have to create a 'membership plan' in Memberstack for each value amount — if it's <10 permutations it's doable (1 plan for each possible amount so that the Typeform can directly link into the payment for that specific plan), but anything more than that becomes quite a hassle and Memberstack might not be the best use-case for that. Memberstack doesn't have 'calculated' amounts yet.
It should have more than 10. But, I figure out for the MVP maybe one amount could be enough to validate idea.
