How to build trust as a new company?
just curious... how companies build trust to other companies to offer services(cybersecurity) when your employees don't have certifications, but they are powerful employees. let's take the case of Google, Facebook.
why small companies or less big tech doesn't work this complex strategy?
how to make to work this strategy on new companies?

is it possible to achieve this strategy to build trust in companies having powerful, and exceptional employees skills without having certified employees, but train them with courses?
I think building trust as a new company is not easy, but with a decent amount of work and time you can get results.
I think if you have customers who have done similar at big companies then that is a huge positive.
Some of the following might be useful means of building trust.
Effectively you are then bootstrapping, by starting small and building incrementally.
I think you don't need certification (obviously it would help if you can get it).

pretty much, there is a lot of crossover.
LinkedIn posts are going to get in front of your network more easily (and building the LinkedIn network is a great way to connect with your target customers).
OTOH Blog posts can drive SEO traffic to your site.
I would suggest try to find someone that you admire who is doing similar, possibly in the InfoSec space, and copy them.
