How to change boats' colours from photo? 🌊

I'm trying the waters to see if there are any existing general-purpose photo touchup tools to help boat owners upload and easily customize their boat photos with different colors. For trying out painting colour styles on them. 🚤

If any existing ideas please share your wisdom? 🚀💻🌟

If nothing is already available, was wondering if a way to make use of some of the AI tech, like photoshop has the auto object selection as an example, but boats are a little bit finicky in terms of clean lines across different parts. Since I don't have access to an entire database of boat vectors, am thinking to just let the user upload their own photo. Most of the time there's only a few parts they would want painted, and it will be mostly used by medium to large sized boat owners. Common parts they want done might be; hull , bow, side top.
