How to change username and profile picture?

I'm not sure if I'm missing something but I'd like to change my username. Is this possible?

Also, I've been trying to change my profile picture, but it keeps reseting to the old one, even when I save settings. Any ideas?

Changing your username is now possible via your account settings.

If your profile picture doesn't appear to update, it's probably just caching. Wait a bit (not sure how long, could be a day) and it should change.
