How to choose a color for your product?
Hi IH,
For the past few weeks I've been working on an idea that I got which is aimed at developers. Now that I am almost done with the backend, I have started working on the front end.
Could someone give their opinion on which color would suit a product aimed at developers?
I have selected two colors but am unsure of which one to keep.
Other colors are also appreciated, thanks.

It's simple.
Marketing is much copy and pasting others (especially successful ones). Marketing is surprisingly anti-creative. For example, IndieHackers, if you check the colors and style, it is way too similar to dozen others, and it is good, people don't want a collage of colors.
Now, do I like those colors? No, but it is a personal matter, I prefer basic colors: green and pink.
