How to cold out reach B2B users in general?
I'm trying to connect with technical recruiters for my new project hiringkit.co, but I'm hitting a wall finding the right contacts.
Any advice on how to discover these folks and the best ways to reach out cold?
I'd sign up for LinkedIn and use InMail for this, personally.

It worked for me for product discovery. I'm about to do it again. I'll post on Indiehackers once I do, but I think it'll work reasonably well.
