How to cold reach out to potential customers?

Hi everyone,

I'm starting a new P2P review platform in Arabic (still validating the idea), and I would love to feature SaaS products on it. I'm not sure how to go about asking them, though. Can anyone offer any advice, before I make my first reaches?
