Hey Indie Hackers!
We created a feedback form with Tally.so and embedded it into Getlanding.io. Thanks, @MarieMartens and @filipminev ๐
The idea is to let our users fill out the form inside our tool. All feedback will be collected in our Notion.
What are the best practices to collect user feedback after MVP launch?
If you don't have thousands of users, contact them directly, it's the best way to get feedback from users
Totally agreed, Matteo. Thanks, man!
Nothing more useful than the feedback from direct contact. When we first launched our MVP we collected feedback by linking typeform with emails. Most would say good or nice things about it. But when we want to take any actions to iterate the product, the quality of the feedback is hard to measure.
We then drop into their twitter DM's and ask politely for a call to know what made them feel good or bad, why did they felt they need a solution for what they were now.
I would agree 100% to Matteo as it is much relatable to myself
Hey, Karthikeyan! Thank you so much! I totally agree!
Looks great Alexey! Thanks for using Tally ๐
We have a Slack channel to collect user feedback and embedded Tally forms on all our help pages etc to collect feedback as well.
Hey Marie, thanks for sharing your experience! Appreciated. And thanks for Tally=) ๐๐ช
Does anyone know how are you doing this with mobile apps especially cross mobile apps e.g. react-native?
Hey Sandro. I didn't understand you. What do you mean?
